By using Fiksu (fiksu.ai), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Fiksu is an AI agent deployment platform for businesses. It includes AI agent creation, WhatsApp/Telegram integration, Google Workspace integration, and conversation management.

3. User Responsibilities

• You provide your own API keys for AI model access (BYOK model)
• You must comply with third-party provider terms
• You must not use the service for illegal or abusive purposes
• You are responsible for content your AI agent generates

4. Google Workspace Integration

When you connect Google Workspace, you grant Fiksu permission to access specific Google services on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time. Our use of Google APIs complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fiksu is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of our service.
